Description
Pre-order items clearly identify the estimated availability date or timeframe. Products are not guaranteed to arrive by the estimated availability date. The estimated availability date is subject to change based on information from the manufacturer.
- You must enter credit card information as payment, all other payment forms like Paypal, Stripe One Touch Link or others will result in immediate order cancellation.
- During checkout, your credit card information will be captured and securely encrypted and vaulted. Your credit card will NOT be charged for the full amount until the pre-order item is shipped. However there will be a pre authorization on the card at the time of purchase that will fall off after 7 days.
- The estimated price is subject to change. You will never be charged more than the estimated MSRP for the product.
- The actual shipping cost will be added to the pre-order when the item is available and ready to ship. Should you desire special shipping arrangements please call us and we will make the proper adjusts at time of shipping. Otherwise all items will be shipped the most economical way per our discretion unless the pre order amount is over the $100.00 free shipping threashold in which case it will be shipped for free.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time. If you decide to cancel a pre-order, please let us know. Customers who repeatedly cancel pre-order items will not be eligible to place additional pre-orders.
- Pre-order items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt from our suppliers. Should the product have a manufactures release date we will ship retail orders out on the release date. You will receive an email notification and tracking number once your order actually ships.
